Ignite The Night Benefit Gala

Ignite the Night was an entertaining evening filled with surprises: music, silent and live auctions, a Whiskey Wall, a delicious dinner and hosted bar, opportunities to meet other passionate community leaders and a special treat — a chance to meet and hear from students who currently benefit from the World of Speed education programs.

 

Our team created several design concept options and the stakeholders voted on the final design.

We created graphics and campaign strategies for promoting this event via social media, web banners, email blasts, and direct mailer save-the-dates.

Our team designed the event program that also doubled as a bid card for the live action. We worked with a third party vendor to create custom die lines and produce final programs for the guests.

For dinner, we partnered with Orbit Events to create a classic diner! The entrance was complete with a faux menu featuring classic offerings and prices from the 60s. The logo was hand illustrated by one of the incredible designers on my team, and was based on the likeness of World of Speed’s education director, Lewis Ferguson.

Among all the signage we created for the event, we created World of Speed’s greatest hits! Incorporating the vintage record themes, we educated our attendees about the impact that World of Speed is making on the local community.
